Can we put a red dot stickie on the target for an aiming point? I can barely see see my p*cker at 50 yards...compared to that, the target will seem fairly small....

Got my target. I'll try to get to the range and put holes in it...however, I intend to put a red dot sticker on the center of the "x"...only way I'll be able to see the damn thing

Tony, only rule is that you can't artificially rest the gun. You can shoot prone, off a bench with your arms supported, you just can't anchor the barrel in a rest.

Daytona area...Volusia Gun Club.....an OK place...I don't really shoot at outdoor ranges much since I have my SC land, but I won't be up in SC before the target is due back..so Volusia it is. Where in the abyss are you emerging from?

Got my target today. My FO will jut about cover the target at 50 yards. Might have bit off more than I can see. Will get out this week.

I'm in, I haven't gotten to play with my Valor in a long while, sounds like fun:)!
I'm really keen on the idea of a 200-400 yard best group contest with a scoped rifle. I really hope that notion comes to pass after the pistol shoot plays out.

If it does, I would be limited 200 yards as that's the farthest I have access to.

I'd imagine 200 yards would work best for everybody, I'm just guessing though.

Distance shouldn't impede your performance at all, in a 400 yard shoot just shoot twice, two two hundred yarders.:D
