The closet doesn’t have full studs so my contractor is going to have to do a little work before the panels can be attached. I’m so anxious for his to get done.

Yeah, want to do it right the first time so as not to have any issues later on.
Patiently waiting on your progress reports though. :D |
That looks pretty cool.

So we got the panels installed today. Since there were very few studs in these walls, we used plywood to attach them securely. Now just need to start configuring them.

I have room to add two large panels below the small ones if I need them later. We started them about 10 inches off the floor (trim is 4” and we started 6” above that). So the tall panels come up to just over 6 feet tall. https://i.imgur.com/RwgW0Dsl.jpg Here’s a basket to show how they snap in place. So this weekend, I’ll play with the configuration and see what I end up with. |
that's great. I like the button lock on the door for quick entry if need be.

The biggest issue with that is that the lock beeps when you hit the buttons. Fortunately, there’s a switch inside that allows me to turn that off. |
Looking good ! http://www.cotep.org/forum/images/icons/icon14.gif
