Sorry for not posting more. Been busy with a lot of "life" stuff. Here are new photos.

The heat wave has been brutal here the past few weeks. Temps have been in the low 100s for the past several weeks and I don't even want to know how hot it is inside my workshop (no a/c). But I'm falling behind on inventory and hope to get enough fans going to finish two sets of grips this weekend.

What more can I say...........beautiful grips Olympus!!!!!:) |
Thanks Auto.
I've been putting the money towards a stabilizing system so that I can do my own stabilizing and dying like you see on the colored box elder burl grips that I make. Initial investment isn't cheap and nobody wants to share their secrets on the process they use, but I've just about got it figured out. |

Thanks!

Beautiful grips Olympus!!!:)
You have got to stop torturing me with those pictures, let's not forget that I am retired now............no money!!!!!:D:D |
Thanks Auto. The Chechen have already sold, so there's one less you'll have to worry about.
I've got my stabilization system up and running and hope to have the first products ready by next weekend. Stabilizing and dying my woods will be a lot easier and I can cut out a lot of middlemen. I had no idea that the stabilizing and dying industry was so secretive. |

Beautiful......just beautiful Olympus but you are killing me my friend!!!:)
|
Thanks Auto. Just trying to set myself apart from the rest. I spend more time shopping for just the right pieces of wood than I do actually making grips. The right eye for wood is just as important as the craftsmanship in my opinion.

Officer grips?
Do you ever make Officer grips? For a CCO, specifically?
