Obama has already said that he will make the appointment. Hopefully, it will be blocked.

It BETTER Be blocked! If not, the Senate will be responsible for the Death of the Constitution! Let the next President appoint one, ( Which I think should be changed, Justices SHOULD be Elected!) IF The American People Vote Hillary or Sanders in, then We are doomed! (And Deserve what happens next.:mad:)

I'm generally not a conspiracy theorist. But there are just too many things surrounding Justice Scalia's death that bother me. In this day and age, I would put nothing past anyone.

I've heard even Lindsay Graham (whom I generally have no use for) state that the Senate will not confirm any 0bama nominee. We can only hope (1) that they stand by that pledge, and (2) clinton/sanders does not win.

So for those of you that support Trump and will not vote for Cruz or Rubio and you Rubio/Cruz supporters who say you will not vote for Trump, please get over it. The "purists" refusal to vote for Romney gave us four additional years of 0bama and it's put us in the mess we're in now.

For the sake of our Republic and for the sake of future generations, we MUST stop the democrat machine this time. This is our second chance. I fear that we will not be given a third.
