It does not mean I have to answer their questions or engage in discussion. I always reserve the right to shut up.

Then again, you can always "Just say no!" :D |

Doctor: do you own guns?
Me: when was the last time you blew a midget cowboy? Doctor: I'm offended, and has nothing to do with this appointment Me: exactly. Kiss my ass |
Crazy is

A pediatrician asked me that once. Only once.

So maybe.... if SHE (My Doc) asks about my guns, I'll say... "I'll show you mine if you show me yours" |
Yeap, Figured you fellas knew how to handle this nonsense, would be nice if the masses who are moving/retiring there thought that same way.
|
They can ask, I don't have to answer truthfully or at all.

It was all in the delivery and attitude because I knew where it was headed. I sensed that she was liberal anti-gun. When asked, I answered "a house full." She looked shocked then asked if I was a cop and my answer was "Yes, but what does it matter. It's my right!" It got the point across. |
Well here in SD doctors don't have to ask...because EVERYBODY carries a gun.
|
Glad I don't have to deal with any of that nonsense, but, if I did, I'd use pigs response.

Never had one ask but our peditrition did give me a firearm safety handout. Said they were giving them to all the patients parents. Never been asked by any doctors.
As far as if it were MY doctor: Doctor- Do you have any firearms? Me in an exam gown- On me? Conversation over. |
