In my younger years I had Governmenet Models, National Match Gold Cups and shot a variety of tuyned and untuned arms room weapons. Currently Ihave 3 1911's in 3,4,5" varieties. With out a doubt my favorite is my new DW Black Valor. What a great gun. I've been on the road for a couple months but had four days home between Japan and Korea so I was able to pick up my Valor on the way back home from the airport. I got to shoot it two days before coming to Korea. One of the guys who was with me, liked the Valor so well, he ordered one the next day! Shoots like a dream. Reliable, accurate and stylish. I'm thinking about new grips for it. Anyway, if I don't do anything to it, ti's a great weapon. I'll include a pic of mine... still stock.
