New in Texas

Hey guys, new member here from Texas. I've been in love with 1911's since I was 6 back in the 60's. My father was a career Marine, and that's when I started "playing" with them. I now own 15 of them. It took way too long to acquire my CBOB. I absolutely love this weapon.
Anyway, glad I finally found it, and glad I found this site.

Thanks guys. I must say, this is a very friendly group. I believe I will enjoy it here very much. Perhaps even as much as my CBOB! I'm the kind of guy that signs my name to my posts and I must admit, it took me a minute to figure out why it displays a smiley wearing a cowboy hat with pistols when I do.
