Caleb, this is an older model with the old logo. The new logo is small and right in front of the hammer. Same quality but just the old logo!!:)

Probably right in the transition phase to the new logo.

I have one too Doc. Nice choice. I've been very happy with it. I use it now to teach the 1911 fundamentals without the kick of the 45. Old guys and wimmen love these guns.
