Hello from Connecticut
 

Hi all, I'm Michael, a 40 year plus shooter out of CT. Actually, my dad worked at Remington Arms in Bridgeport for more than 35 years... so I got to shoot at the Remington Gun Club in Stratford, CT for free. Imagine if you will.... a 12 year old with dad's company ID walking onto a skeet range with a 28 gauge. And shooting regular 24's by the time he was 14. Couldn't do THAT today!!!

Started shooting handguns by the time I hit the military (USAF-SAC) in 1976. Owned an inner city conveinence store, then went to seminary. Now... I'm the go to guy at an inner city mission dealing with addicts, homeless people, and the mentally challenged. Best job I've EVER had. and... hence the name "DA Fadda"... for those not familiar with Brooklynese... it translates to "The Father". Married 30 years on Jan. 2nd 2012 to my best friend. OH... and I love my SIG 1911 and my Springer loaded 3". But not as much as my SWMBO (She Who Must Be Obeyed)

"What does DW mean???" LOL... would love to have one, just haven't gotten there yet!

@snipersnest.... I am SOOOOOO sorry that you have family in Bridgeport. LOL PM me with more info. I was born and raised there, came back to help the less fortunate. Wouldn't change what I do for the world. Found my niche. Of course... if COTEP needs a Chaplain... we can work it out....
