Hello all. I found this forum through a family member. My first 1911 was a Star, Firestar. from that I bought a Kimber TLE II, and I am looking at a new DW CBOB as I write this. Got the new gun for christmas from my wife, but have been unable to shoot it yet, due to some family health issues. TOMARROW I am going to the range. Can't wait to see how this shoots, any words of wisdom about the breakin of this type of gun? I did strip it down and lube it up a little on the heavy side since it is new. Anything eles? thanks...

thank you for the kind welcome to your forum, I did post my up setting, range report on a diffrent forum. I did not know if I should post that kind of rant on this site. I do love the way DW's shoot and can't wait to get back on the range.. I have solved my problem though... happy new years... jm :D

Hey JM,
I told they’d let anybody in here… Just keep your thick skin on and sometimes you have to talk nice to Clyde,Noel and Doug they can get a little PMS’ee . DON’T let the gang goad into posting Mimber photos in the open forum it gets the Clyde all spunup and he LOVES to rattle his chains rub mimstink on ya and make you go stand in the coner. :banhim:
