This made me smile......I hope it drags for years so Obama never sees the appeal process completed.

I personally would love to see Obama experience appeals processes. Those that follow his conviction for treason... JMHO YMMV

Yep, yep. Obama appeals treason conviction - I'd love to see that headline...of course, look who'd finish out his term.

Biden is an even bigger idiot as well as being stupid so I doubt he could do to much damage except probably in foreign policy of course.

Obama isn't going anywhere. He knows the country would erupt in riots with any move to remove him from office. And it would insure a loss for Republicans in 2016. He welcomes any challenges, they further his cause. His policies need to be dragged out in court till he is gone. Half the States have filed suit against his immigration policies, this could be never ending. Also, it could be a GREAT opportunity for Republicans to step in come 2016 and save the Hispanics. Remember, Hispanics will be the largest voting block within twenty years. Easily. Marco Rubio one day will be President. Sooner would be better.
