I see and respect both sides on this but personally, I like it. Another take ... if an olympian can wear the flag as a cloak after winning gold, why shouldn't the baby of a service member be cradled in one?

What I really take issue with is blue digital camo for the Navy. Apart from looking "cool" how does that make any damn sense?

It is a very nice picture but I guess most are going by the US Flag Code!!

I can see both sides of the argument but, personally I don't have an issue with it.

I look at it like this, what is/was the intent? In this incident you have someone who is proud of their country. So much so that they also serve or have served in the armed services and come from a family who have. In the current state of affairs where you have young people, educators, and politicians embarrassed by our flag and petition for the removal of the flag from public display, I say the hell with it and good for them. I applaud the picture taker and family.
