I will say from afar that it appears their elected representatives truly reflect their constituents lunacy to a T. My best estimate is that the gene pool of the Washington DC delegation is only knee deep. :D

I just saw something on the snow pack, which waters Kali. The chair of the water something or other called the snow pack numbers catastrophic. First they drained the river, now they have no snow. Drink sea water!
