Not sure if this is the right place for this. While removing my Hogue grips from my KIMBER the grip screw bushing got screwed up. I called customer service and explained what happened and they sent me a new S/S bushing, no charge. I know they sell them for $17.00 for four, but they let me have one free, even though it was my fault. So there! Now she's sporting a nice set of ivory grips by Sarge.

Makes me wanna puke when you pay that name. Lol just kidding. Very nice of them. Most places are like that it seems. I've had similar things happen with CVA, RCBS, and last night with Crimson Trace. Very good folks to do business with.
