This is the 38 Super Guardian I traded my beloved ECO for with an old set of Charles Spresser made magwell cut Ivory I molecularly restructured to fit the gun to fit my hand. No one told me how hard ivory really is! One range trip and bingo, now it points and shoots like the ECO. I need some help in sourcing proper DW half inch medallions. Anyone have an idea? Thanks .... Sweet. I want a. 38 super

I thought I only wanted one. Now I have two, and I want one more. I am looking for more trades. I love the 38 Super, it is accurate, powerful and has presence but is as quickly back on target as my 9mm and way faster than my .45's and a lot more fun to shoot. Heresy, I know, but I will be making room by moving Wilson Combat .45s along to make room and finance the transition. Thanks for the nice comments guys. I don't have the talent to make complete grips but I am pleasantly surprised with how nicely my modifications worked out.

My other Super 38....This is the best shooting 1911 I have ever fired and the most fun. The DW is catching up fast. :)
