Florida HB-169 Burden of Proof
 

Ok guys lets get some emails sent. I'm posting this because I think it's important and also because the RINO Chris Latvala is on this committee and he has been voting Democrat on all gun bills so far. I send an email to all committee members as well as a special email to Mr. Latvala.

HB-169 puts the burden of proof back on the state where it belongs in Stand Your Ground cases.
