For those of you who didn't understand the dislike of, and refusal to shop at Walmart here before, you should understand now.

The Walmart manager did what was right but the decorators refused to follow instructions from the mgr. Looks like it's time to find 3 new cake decorators.

Apparently so. If they were independent bakers running their own store, that's one thing, and they would face whatever legal action the plaintiff can bear (or MSM scrutiny, etc.). But these bakers worked as FTEs of a corporation and had to abide by corporate policy.

I'd have terminated them for cause on the spot (direct refusal of a work assignment).

F*** Walmart, can't stand that s*it hole. Hope the idiot bakers get fired and on their way home get pulled over and they find all sorts of drugs and illegal weapons in their car. To jail with them.
