If he comes out all "fire and brimstone" on HRC now, he risks Obama pardoning her before he can get to her. Once Obama is out of office, then he can hire a new AG (hopefully Giuliani), who will, no doubt, go after her on his own, (leaving Trump's hands clean of it). He also is not that committed yet in re: Comey's fate either.

This is the smart move and well planned out, hope it happens.

Well, somebody may have been listening. I just got two different tweets indicating that Giuliani is now top of the short list for Sec. of State.... Hmmm..... Who, then for AG??? Certainly not Christie.....

I'm thinking that Ted Cruz might get a nod for Supreme Court. The Senate can't stand him because he's too conservative and contentious... And he would be taking a job for life with SCOTUS. Takes him out of the electoral process, and he would provide conservative vote on the courts for the next forty years or so.

Hmmmmm.....

But the problem with that being, we can't afford to lose Cruz in the Senate right now, what with the GOP majority being so thin... Maybe in 2018 he can take the next SCOTUS opening.
