Dan Wesson Pistol Pack value
Need some help guys...
I have a DW Pistol Pack 15-2v .357 I'm going to sell, but don't know the value so I can price it fairly. The pack comes with the belt buckle, barrel wrench, 2 extra front sights, 2, 4, 6, 8 inch barrels, two grips, cylinder gap tool, DW patch, and frame. The case appears to be original, but the foam has been replaced. The cylider gap tool is not original either. The gun is in excellent condition. The 8 inch barrel could stand to be reblued as it has wear on the muzzle end, thinning blue on the top, and a rub blemish on the right side the size of a #2 pencil eraser. The speed grips (not the nice zebra wood ones) also have wear. So, what do you think I should be looking to price it at? I'll post up a pic in a bit. Thanks. Matt |
What year was it made? How many barrels and is it a complete PAC???????

It is the complete pack. I have no idea when it was made though. The serial # is 983xx if that helps. It was made in Monson MA.

A little more Info for you it was Produced in 1978, do you have all the paper work and the patch and belt buckle with it?
Clyde |
No paperwork, but I do have the patch, belt buckle, and the extra grip that came with it.

If it has the 2",4",6",8" barrels I would say around from $850 to around $1000 IMHO....................

So, would I be better off piecing it out? The barrels are fetching $200-250 each on ebay, the barrel tool $40-50, and the grips are around $50. The frames alone are selling for around $250. Or, should I keep it together and sell whole?

Keep it together, most people want it that way......IMHO that is how I bought my last one............

I sure miss mine. :(
