Dayum that had to hurt!

Here's the thing. If you watch the video a few times you will notice the tire came off a silver hatchback. The silver hatchback that pulls up at the end is wobbling. I am betting that was his tire. I am not sure what was worse, the tire to the back of the head or the face plant to the cement. Deffinatly needed tomething more that two ibuprofen!
