New to 1911 started with VBob

Great to be a part of this superb group. Providing corporate iT support to a major retailer I enjoy shooting as I was taught by my father to shoot many years ago. I have since started shooting USPSA and really working on marksmanship skills. Found a new joy shooting 1911 style firearms so I saved and saved and…saved and finally got my Duty Treated VBob. It is early in our time spent together and the break in will be hard on both of us but I look forward to shooting in the late spring early summer in several outdoor and combat style events.
Look forward to making friends and gaining knowledge from this great group that I have enjoyed so far reading your posts and learning from you.
