SECDEF James Mattis said the president has "directed a tactical shift from shoving ISIS out of safe locations in an attrition fight, to surrounding the enemy in their strongholds so we can annihilate ISIS"

In other words, Trump directed Mattis to quit letting ISIS fighters live to fight another day. Kill 'em all...

Lift the ROEs, call weapons free, and wrap this up in the next 6 months...

While we are at it, lets make sure cave dwelling is the new accepted way of life in the region..
