She was fired from CNN today. This, before the public apology.
I gotta say... I have a bunch of different feelings about this. First & foremost, I think the Secret Service and the Justice Dept. should pursue whatever case they can against Griffin... even if it risks the libtards painting her as a "martyr." Second, while I certainly have faith that this happened exactly as reported, the fact that it can't be fully vetted/verified is a little concerning (I doubt seriously they'll let anyone interview Barron Trump himself...). Let's put it this way. If the parties in office were reversed, I think the dems would be the first to claim that something like this happened to their "First child" for the shock value, knowing no one could ever verify it.
I also think, ASAP after Barron and Melania settle into the WH, they should find a "Trump friendly" interviewer just to have a generic "chat" interview with Barron. Nothing specific, just general "What's it like to be the 'first son' and live in the WH" kinda stuff. This, so we can get a sense of where he's at (i.e. level of interest and articulation). There has been a lot of suspicion (by the dems, mostly) as to Barron's personality/emotions/mental faculties. The farther away they keep him from the public, the more those suspicions grow. If he comes across as a "well adjusted 11/yo" then that kills all those suspicions and prohibits the dems from painting him any other way.
Either way, what Kathy Griffin did was totally wrong, and she deserves whatever is coming to her.
