People are complaining that the new people moving in are driving up rent and have no manners. I would argue it isn’t the people moving in but their neighbors who sold to them. Locals cashed out and sold properties knowing the type of person who would move in and did it anyway.

Those with the most money usually win when it comes to property...they don't care about personality.

The sad thing is, as soon as they’re old enough they move out of the South to the North where the good paying jobs with benefits are plentiful, work their 30yrs to retirement and then, still fairly young, return with their great pensions and benefits in hand to live a great lifestyle compared to the ones who decided to stay, as much as some don’t like it, it’s been going on for decades and decades.
