We have a meat packing plant in town they do a sting all the time. Take them out a few by few. Doesn’t even make the news anymore here. Crazy

Do they ever arrest the owners and managers of these businesses for knowingly hiring illegal workers?

I guess this is very difficult to prove. they provide papers that have names but no way to know if they are the person or not. So I guess in short, nope.
