Not much to say. Came over from 1911 Forum. Served my time in country. Got out and was a lineman for over 20 years. Agent Orange finally got me after 35 years. Had two liver transplants and now just sit around home and work on guns for friends.
Anyway, thanks for having an old sailor be able to come on board.

Several old sailors here, and a fair amount of sailorly funning with our jarheads and other assorted grunts and ground pounders.

You'll be meeting them shortly as they crawl out of the woodwork.

What sort of sailor were you?

I was a Boats for 10 years, and then a black-shoe officer for another 12.

Anyway, hope you like it here, and I'm pretty sure you will. This is a fun, very supportive group of guys (and one gal... hi Mary!!)
