My Mama taught elementary school and voted Democrat all my life. Just before her death in 05, she voted for Bush and told me she didn't recognize her country. Right before my dad died in '10 (Battle of the Bulge vet, pro bowler) he said "I'm getting out of here right on time". I'm tired. Only reason I keep going is Jackson

when i was in highschool my goverment teacher pounded in our heads that the right to bear arms only applied to the goverment and it didn't mean that the people had a right to,but a privlage that could be taken away

I had a college prof. Attempt that, unfortunately for him this was here in okla., that day over half the class stood up called bullsh*t on him and marched out to the college pres. Office. He never taught in that class again. I'm not afraid to call their bluff any longer. I used to try and play nice, but no longer! In fact I get pleasure from libterd re-education at any opportunity. I have all their talking points and now use those against them! It's very liberating!!

We're adults, Ron, and have the experience of years, the benefit of having heard both sides of the argument, and the gumption to speak up.

Our kids, at least many or most of them, have respect for their teachers, and are not so able to resist or argue. They are more soakers-up of information.

I see the Leftists trying it with my kids from time to time, though Gail and I have tried to teach them better and we've sent them to more conservative schools.

The American education system is a factory producing more Leftists who then go into education and government.

It's a pretty sweet deal for the bad guys and one they've been working on for decades. Since we were kids. I (and most likely you) remember it starting in the '60s.
