Shows the difference between a peace officer and a law enforcement officer(revenue generator). Austin must be crime free if that's all they have to do. Takes four of APD's finest to arrest a scantily clad female jogger. FOR JAYWALKING!!! Go figure.

I read both reports....I agree those officers need less dougnuts, but so do I. After reading the second story it looks like she was just being a dumb A**.....with out being there I wouldn't say what is right but I do know that nobody has any respect for anyone let alone a officer anymore.......is really sad as a whole that our kids say what they say to elders!

spot on.....I have seen one arrest in my career by a PD for jaywalking but she refused to get off a 4 lane street and started to dance almost naked stopping traffic. She contested and was laughed out of court. It was pretty sad......and funny
