Glad I live in a state that all I have to do is walk up and say I WANT THAT GUN, do the paper work and walk out with said gun, Then go to the Sheriff's dept and tell them I want a CCP, Alabama is a shall issue state.

Gentlemen, it's the truth. We have an approved roster of firearms, then there's the attorney general's list which is completely different. They're working on doing away with the chemical spray license so women can purchase it without a license because of all the sexual assaults going on in and around Boston. Massachusetts considers chemical sprays as ammunition, thus requiring a license to carry it. Any other state, you can buy it in a grocery store. Again, Massachusetts, the name says it all. We've got it pretty bad, but we're still better than California and Connecticut as far as the so-called assault weapons are concerned.
