Cali CCW ruling challenged
 

After a 2-1 vote by the 9th Circuit Court of appeals saying it was unconstitutional to deny us our right to bear arms, our states attorney general is now challenging the ruling because she didn't like the outcome. This liberal POS has nothing nothing but eff things up wherever she goes. As the DA for San Francisco, she refused to hand out the death penalty in many murder cases, even one when a SF policeman was killed.

Pray for us here that she gets denied with her intervention.

She may not have standing to appeal...the state was not harmed in the courts decision, nor was she personally. We shall see. Pray for the best outcome for ya, brother

move out of there. About 21 years ago. Only go back to visit my folks who are still on the wrong side of the state line. I've tried rescuing them many times.

Kinda harsh, Ed. There are a lot of good folks there...they are just overridden by the populations of LA, San Fran, ect. Some parts of the state are as conservative as Florida, Georgia and 'Bama
