Wilson Combat Dwyer Group Gripper

Hey All.....

I picked up a manufactured 1999 Springfield Loaded last night. I know the guy I bought it from, used to shoot competitions.(That will come into play in a futire Karma)...Anyways....He had installed a Wilson Combat Dwyer Group Gripper Two Piece Full Length Guide Rod for enhanced accuracy. Looking around the general concensus on this mod is about 50/50......Gun shoots more accurate to gun shoots the same.....

Anyone have any first hand knowledge of this part?

P.S. - I'm gonna do a separate video on the gun to show it really did happen.:D

Just throw a GI in there and shoot the crap out of it. My $0.02

If you have a loose barrel/bushing fit I heard they help

That was only .00000025 cents worth...quit trying to profit, eh?

What if you really like it Sunday?

The Group Gripper essentially shoves the barrel into tight lockup, and helps in a loose barrel/bushing situation or a poorly fitted pistol. In a properly fitted pistol, it's an answer without a problem

Took the gun apart last nite, threw in standard parts to check it. Gun is tight on its own. I think he was just looking for a little "edge" on accuracy.
If I can get to the range Sunday morning I'll see if Caleb can hit a target with it.
