Actually this is not a half bad idea. At the moment, there is nothing to stop a felon from walking into any store that sells ammo and buying it. If they can't legally buy guns, why should they be allowed to buy ammo????

Will it be a pain in the ass, yes....but myself and many others agree this will slow the criminals from obtaining ammo.

Besides, aside from .22 lr, which can't be found, I don't buy ammo from gun stores.:cool:

Just one more hurdle for legal shooters to jump. Criminals will cross the state line. Knowing Commiefornia they will impose a fee. One thing for sure, there are alot of reloaders out there.
