Shazam! From ? to member of the secret society
Thank you for the invitation to the fun. My name is Dennis, my user name is Pony Up and the bewildered expression on my face is natural. I have looked like this since age 3 when I first recognized that I had no idea what was happening. I have had a lot of experience, too much of it painful and repeated. Most of what I have learned I have forgotten although I do remember how much those forgotten lessons hurt. My scholastic career was all about sports and girls and social promotion. USMC more of the same. Promotions to positions where I was less of
a threat to the fitness reports of my various commanding officers. I had a 50/50 business career. Fifty percent about working hard and 50% about working the angles. I have continued the latter 50% into retirement and have been perfecting a fine edge onto doing nothing of much consequence other than spoiling myself, my wife and our 2 grandbabies. I like firearms, fast cars, love flying but am strictly commercial anymore. It is heartening that I can still get in and out of trouble at 74. PonyClyde
