9/11 Coming Up
 

Well, 9/11 is but a few days away. Ebola is spreading beyond control over in Africa. ISIS is running wild. Putin is pissin' on everyone's parade. I have friends who are scared sh*tless of 9/11, creating all types of scenarios. Since 9/11, when the Trade Center Towers were hit, I have become cautious as the date arrives yearly. Does anyone else here get a little extra aware as 9/11 approaches?

I worry about my kids and Grandkids in the DC area. One a Teacher, one a Preacher and my youngest, a cop. I am deep in the mountains of Western NC. When they (terrorists) hear the banjo music, they look elsewhere. :mob:

Yah, I have family in the northeast...some who live and work in NYC. I made serious money building in NYC in the late eighties. One day I was just fed up, quit, and never looked back. I prefer rural South Carolina, just wish I could easily get outta south Florida.

Living in the USA in 2014, with eyes open, keeps me a little more aware and prepared. It's no coincidence that I have two of every "fighting" gun I own ;)

Was reading on this last earlier today....I saw burnt jets there on the news, so I wonder if jets are missing or were torched. I lean towards stolen, on the safe side of thinking.

I am more aware as the date approaches but, I don't think they are dumb enough to strike on the same date. Considering the US has their eyes peeled on this date....hmm, ....
