The .22 thing needs to stop! I won't pay that much. Period. This about DOUBLE what it should sell for. |
Likely will be sold soon...idiots pay those prices and keep the gougers going with incentive and more money.
|
$56.25 / box of 550 rounds. GEEEEEE..... think I'll bid on that one. But they MUST be worth it.... they're 22 cal. Hollow points!!!
Thank God I stocked up a couple years back. DaFadda |
It is only that price because someone will pay it. Stop buying it and the price will drop. So obviously peoe are still buying it at the double price.

Gun show prices are higher than that! $70-$80 per brick of 500.
Look at this listing on Gunbroker: http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/Vie...Item=448015842 Current bid $77.23 for a 500 count brick of bottom of the barrel Remington Thunderbolt, RESERVE NOT MET. "Buy It Now" price of $120 plus $22.73 shipping. http://www.cotep.org/forum/picture.p...&pictureid=887 |

Thunderbolt, though not new, is the new rage and commanding super sick prices. If ya feel like a quick google you will find where Thunderbolt has supposedly left shreds of lead in barrels and cause malfs. And that it is supposedly OK to use now. Some good PR going on somewhere. |
No need to add fuel to this .22 price fire. Plenty of good deals out there if you take the time to look. Unfortunately, the more people are willing to pay inflated prices, the longer it will take for prices to come down overall.

Scroom. My Cuban sweetie is sending me some, and I have 2 bricks of tree rat ammo in the safe
|
I can say we are higher hear but not crazy like you guys are seeing. I can get a 550 brick of WWB for about $28...
