Even the Tet Offensive was a military failure for the North Vietnamese and Vietcong. But the damned press spun it into a loss for us.

We signed an agreement to support South Vietnam's miltary after we pulled out. The Democrat congress crawfished, and that led to millions of lives being lost. But the fake war hero, Horseface gigelo Jonh Kerry (who served less time in Vietnam than I did at Parris Island) called it "Richard Nixon's war". I detest Democrats more than I do civilians

Yes, the military won, politicians and the press turned it to a loss.

Biggest win was every time a soldier stepped off an airplane in the US, alive.

Today's troopers get welcomed a bit more pleasantly, that's for sure. Glad they do but many Vietnam vets can still taste the gall.
