It has the belt loop slots built into it, just...
It has the belt loop slots built into it, just like a pancake holster, just hard to make them out from the pic. The screws offer adjustment for different angles, etc. for IWB carry. I forget now how...

New Holster coming!
Well, I've been waiting a while now for my new holster from Pure Kustom for my CBOB. I haven't received it yet, as it hasn't been painted. I know it's a bit over the top, but I've got a Jolly Roger...

Well I finally found this forum... and so far am really enjoying a forum that's dedicated to my favorite pistol! I purchased my only Dan Wesson, a CBOB earlier this year and couldn't be more pleased....
