I went with "Other".... most people have forgotten about the pre cerakote / Duracoat coatings.... since Cerakote seems to have a lock on the marketing, at least for handguns.

The original "GunKote" is still available, in "do it yourself" OR K&G GunKote can do the entire firearm for you. Years ago, I had them do a damaged 38 snubnose for me, it came back flawless and still looks perfect 10 years later.

When I had mine done, I called k&G, asked if they could recommend someone to do the work, and the receptionist put the owner on the phone. He was still doing the work himself. Give them a call and get a price. It can't hurt!
