Yup, it was flakka. Why on earth would anyone want to mess with that thing when there's ample documentation on what it does to your mind, the rage it brings, and the very real chance you'll end up dead from being shot by either a civilian or cop?
SMH, hope he spends a loooong time in jail thinking hard about what he did while picking up that soap...
