My understanding is that:
Hodgdon Extreme powders are made in Australia
IMR Powders are made in Canada
Accurate Arms Powders are made in Belgium and the Czech Republic
Ramshot powders are made in Belgium
Vihtavuori powders are made in Finland
So Winchester and Alliant would be the only major manufacturers affected. (and Hodgdon spherical powders since they are made by the same plant as Winchester Ball powders)
Guess I need to stock up on Bullseye...
