No clue what an "exaduration" is so I can't really say whether it is or isn't. But let me put this in terms maybe you can grasp.
The Baker's religion forbad same sex people from getting married. Baking a
wedding cake for a same sex marriage was participating in the marriage of same sex people. I'm sure they would have no problem just baking a regular cake for anyone of any persuasion.
For the restaurant case to be the same, the restaurant owner would have to belong to a religion that taught that it was somehow immoral for members of the Trump Administration to eat (starvation is the result of not eating), and so selling food to a member of the Trump Administration was participating in an immoral activity.
If the baker had to refused to sell an ordinary cake to gay people, or the restaurant had refused to cater to a Republican event, then there could be a case for saying they were parallel (but still not the same since one involved religious beliefs and the other simply involved irrational political hatred.)
