Default First range trip with Valor

It's been a beautiful day here, so after work I hit the range with my new Valor..
I noticed the gun gets a little more traction in my holster than my daily carry gun, which is blued. Interesting.
Here are the first five rounds at nine yards. Ammo is generic 230 gr Remington hollow points.

Next, I shot a 50 round qualification course that one of our local PD uses. Ammo was 180 gr SWC from my favorite caster. Normally I load 200gr, these were from an accidental "variety pack" where both weights were sent mixed. They called to warn me of the mix up, replaced the bullets, and gave me a deal on the mixed up boxes. Good folks!

Distances were 7, 15, and 25 yards with various time limits and reloads.
Finally, I shot a five shot group at 15 yards. This time with a six o'clock hold.

Maybe, if the weather holds I can get the rest of the family on the range tomorrow afternoon. The gun sure runs good. Had a few failures to lock slide back on empty mags.(Checkmate). I use mostly Wilson mags, but with the reloads and low round count I'm not complaining. Wait and see after at least 500 rounds go down range.
Thanks for your time.
