I have been a bit distracted (away from 1911s) for the past few months and have gotten into long range precision rifles. I put together a nice 223 Varmint gun and then a great shooting AR-10 (308) that I absolutely love. But I wasn't satisfied so I found a Remington Sendero in 300 Win Mag (heavy fluted barrel) and took it to my basement for a makeover. Here is what I ended up with:
Specs:
Remington Long Action Sendero in 300Win Mag
Timney Trigger
Holland spring kit
APA Little Bastard muzzle brake
McMillan A5 stock in black/tan/green
Wyatt's Bottom Metal
Harris Bipod
Nightforce Rail
Valdada Rings
Vortex PST 6-24 x 50
CeraKoted in Tactical Grey
Going to bed the stock after I shoot it a few times. I am also waiting for a custom Stiller action for another rifle build ... this one in 6.5 Creedmoor. Can't wait!
