The land is about 15 minutes from the house, just shy of 70 acres. The kicker is the rifle range I worked out right behind the next hill
I don't use it nearly as much but can stretch out to about 400 yards, with a 30' berm from where that area was once stripped for gravel. Went straight through the woods with a bobcat for about a 10' swath.
Nice not having to wait or others to disturb you but you have to be careful who you take with you.
