I've seen used Douchebags with more intrinsic value. You can bet even money that this asshats' guards don't have to follow these edicts( I won't dignify his vomit by calling it a law) because, like every other cowardly, milquetoast, POS that claims to love America, he will hide behind their protection while those he claims to care about are without any protection from his spawn.
