Decided it was time for some shooting and drove up to Volusia hunt and gun club for class with Terry from T.H.E. firearms training. It was a freestyle day with relaxed training and a bunch of BS'ing. After collected dust I decided to run my 1911 and leave the G19 in the truck. Did some ammo swapping for some extra 45 to shoot for the day. Had a blast and wish ya could have made it River

. Met up with some people from another forum I'm on and was worth the 3 hour drive.
Now for the best part of the day.
We did the Bill Drill at the end of the day. I had the fastest time of the day

From draw was 2.15 with .17,.19, and .20 shot breaks
God I'm glad I worked on that sear fit and trigger group for so long
But again I learned during the El Presidente drill I need a extended mag release and extended slide release. My reloads were horrendous and I found out I have a bent mag that didn't want to drop at all now lol.
Here are a couple pics. I'm the fat guy in the brown shirt.
