I ordered a third belt from Al...1 1/2" bullhide in saddletan. A week or so ago, I got a call from Georgia...it was Al. He said he was not happy with the stiffness of his leather shipment, and was it ok if he added a stiffener, at no charge to me. I replied if he thought it was needed, go ahead.
Got the belt..same quality as my first two, only wore it once. Al called me tonight to make sure I was happy...and to tell me if there are any problems, to let him know.
Next to Wilson Combat, I have never had better customer service on a quality product.
