So why doesn’t that state outlaw poop trains? Seems like an easy fix. F@&$ NY.

Because NY pays a sh&t ton of money to have another place to process it. Residents hate the smelll but the local economy loves the cash. I bet NY pays less than building a facility for themselves to deal with it. Simple cost vs. value.
