But it's only the parent "holding" company that's changing. Smith & Wesson Holding, Inc. will change it's name. But the Operatiing Divison that makes Smith & Wesson products will keep the Smith & Wesson name and brand.

They'd be crazy to let that go...

This^^^^ They are not going to change the S&W products name, only the parent holding company.
