A little while back.....Mike (afjuvat) and I were chit chatting about Milsurp rifles. I told him that I was interested in a French MLE MAS 36 in 7.5 x 54. Fast forward a few days and he sends me a link to one for sale. Well, I bought it and today I finally got it out to the range. Here are some pics of the rifle and initial groupings/shots. It's a nice robust rifle from back in the WWll era. Thanks again Mike for the heads up!
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() It is shooting right off POA and elevation is right were like it for open sites......6 O'clock hold. ![]() These are the best groups of the day.. ![]() Darn flyers!!!! ![]() ![]() Oh....range was 50yds. So, it's not bad for military accuracy. It's definitely Minute of Man. I'm sure with some hand loads I can close that gap up nicely.
